Question: Mrs. Holston has rapidly made new acquaintances and reports having a great lot of fun since her August relocation to the neighborhood. She has many friends and likes attending concerts and activities in her leisure time. On the other hand, she has not been able to spend much time with her friends recently, and she believes that the activities they formerly enjoyed together have lost their appeal. They have began playing board games, resulting in an increase in activity. The chilly weather has a detrimental effect on Holston's temperament and leads her to have a burning sensation in her chest. August and September are her favorite months due to the lovely and bright weather, but it has been overcast and dreary everywhere lately. She was taken aback when she saw that the snow in the city was a gloomy gray and black hue, and she feels unable to achieve anything because of the weather. Her current vital signs are 97.4, P-82, R-1 20, 128/84, and her height and weight, respectively, are 5'2" and 192lbs. There is no indication of drug addiction in her background, nor in the past of her family members. She has never been convicted of a crime and claims she is allergic to all substances.
