Case: Ever since Theo did the cycling test in the fitness lab he has been watching his carbohydrates. Lately he has been taking in 200 grams of "carbs" a day. Now he is wondering if he is getting enough protein.

He finds that during practice he is running out of energy and can barely finish. He decides to try one of the protein powders that they sell at the gym. He feels that when he is competing he will some extra energy to be available to his muscles.
