Case Study: Asset mapping is a process of taking inventory of community assets and resources. Conducting a good inventory of what exists in the community, allows agencies and coalitions to leverage these assets to meet their identified needs. Asset maps should include both primary building blocks (i.e., individual and organizational assets) and secondary building blocks (i.e., private and nonprofit organizations, public institutions and services, and physical resources).

For this assignment, you are asked to create an asset map of your chosen community as demonstrated in the asset mapping module in Week 05.

Question: What you are asked to submit and then share with others in your group are:

  • A table listing at least 10 different assets other than individual based assets. Please follow the format given in the
