Question: Think of the stigma regarding mental illness that you have learned about so far in class. What would you tell a patient asking you about a particular condition? Included in this flyer or brochure should be: Definition of your chosen mental disorder Symptoms of your chosen mental disorder At least 2 nonpharmacologic interventions (define these) At least 2 pharmacological interventions (Include the type of medication: antidepressant, etc. And include if there is a black box warning, and 2 common side-effects to be aware of)
