The first Tim Hortons store was opened on May 17, 1964, in Hamilton, Ontario. Since 1974, Tim Hortons has expanded quickly and aggressively in both geography and product selection. As of December 31, 2022, it had a total of 5,352 stores in Canada. Now Tim Hortons is Canada's largest fast food restaurant chain. The company has its headquarters in Toronto. If you are an HR manager at Tim Hortons. You need to convince the senior managers of Tim Hortons that management development is important for Tim Hortons' success.
