Question: One type includes open-ended questions and another includes situational questions (refers to how you do the job now..."what if" questions).

Post one type of question--situational OR open ended. Let's pretend we are hiring a college student for a teacher's assistant position in a Business Communication Course. Be sure the question is not too technical! We want questions that anyone in our class could answer, not just college students in an electrical engineering class. (For example, do not ask, What would you say if your customer needed a Type 2 surge protector but demanded that the Type 1 will be sufficient?)
