The Employees work in a warehouse where they move stuff around both on foot and with forklifts for shipping etc. You as the HR Manager have just found out that apparently there has been a long standing game in Shipping called tag the donkey. The donkey is the looser with a paper tail stuck to them and they carry this disgrace until they can stick it on someone for 3 seconds or more then they become the new
donkey. Well someone was trying to tag someone they had some interplay but there was as slip and someone fell and hurt their wrist.

Apparently every employee (ten) and some supervisors have at some point played in this game, some more recent than others and one girl Jess is a bit of a ringleader.
