Due to a high turnover in staff, the Executive Chef, Matilda Jane, has just recruited Mr. Peter who originate from Hungary and just migrated to Australia with over 10 years of experience in Five-star Restaurants in Hungary
Recently there has been tension brewing between Peter and Aslamin the kitchen and they find it difficult to communicate as both of them speak with an accent.
Peter finds pronouncing Aslam name a little difficult and he has started to call him "Andy" but Aslam does not like it and requests that Peter refers to him by his correct name. On the other hand, Aslam finds Peter's accent extremely difficult to understand and recommends that Peter should take an English course to improve his pronunciation. Both of them are now getting agitated and their productivity has decreased.
