PART ONE: In conclusion to this course and your degree program, initiate a discussion of your concepts, ideas, and thoughts regarding the process for creating a solution to a problem within an organization as a human resources professional. What do you find is the biggest challenge when looking at a problem and trying to solve the problem? What in the process that you went through in this course had worked well, and what would you have changed in the process for future application? Why? This discussion will be open-ended to afford you the opportunity to interact with your course instructor and possibly other students.
PART TWO: Create a timeline associated with the plan of action to implement the solution. Provide a summary of the plan of action based on the presentation created for the previous assignment. This plan should be assembled as a professional report that you could present to senior leadership. Compile information from previous assignments that addresses the following elements:
Introduction, background, problem, purpose, significance of problem or concern, analysis, strategic plan, plan of action for implementing your problem solution, and defend your conclusion. Also include your cost estimation from assignment 5 with any necessary amendments implemented based on faculty feedback and new information researched since.
