Case: Man, That's a Lot of Kids! Bob and Wanda have 14 daughters. Apparently they all go to the same hairdresser, but that's not relevant to my question. Wanda is a nurse....nurses are obviously obligated to work 24/7. Her fleet of kids makes it hard for Nurse Wanda to work nights and weekends, so she asks for straight days. Assume the kids range in age from 3-17 (that's an average of one baby per year for those struggling with the math).

If Wanda asked to be excluded from 'nights and weekend shifts based upon her 'family status', what would the human rights code say about her claim?
