Question: Oliver T. is a young social worker employed by a multi-purpose family service agency in a major city. Mr. F. also tells Oliver that providing a full accounting to the foundation would jeopardize the program's existence and that it is too important to the community to risk this possibility. Oliver is torn. On the one hand, he is aware of the impact of the dropout prevention program and the agency on the community. If the agency loses funding, the community's youth, their families, and the community as a whole will suffer.
