Question: What would need to happen for this community to reflect collective efficacy is that there needs to be a common code between the street and decent valued individuals. There needs to be an agreement/boundaries set that allow the individuals living the communities to coexist peacefully while still living by their values. One thing that I believe that the community can agree on is looking out for the youth, regardless of what values they follow. Additionally, there should be improved education systems, jobs and safety to promote better standards of living in these communities.
