For countries that have authoritarian regimes, it is quite challenging to intervene in their affairs because of a complication history or economic deprivation. An interesting notion about the authoritarian regimes, is that when faced with outside sanctions, the leadership may pause their actions for the sake of maintain diplomatic relationships with other countries. However, once those sanctions are lifted, the revert to their original actions. Is it possible to see a change in these countries? What would it take for the change to happen in an ideal utopia?
