He is exhibiting disorganized, pressured speech and using clang associations. He reports he has not slept in a week and display delusion thoughts as her states he has been working on his "cure for cancer". In addition, he states that God has been speaking to him regarding his work. He has difficulty paying attention to the conversation, and consistently fidgets in his chair.
