Tracy and Leanne has recently joined in VSTECS company about a month. Their job roles is a sales assistant for their co-worker. They would need to help out a task that is assigned by their co-worker. However, Tracy and Leanne had to OT(over-time) many times to help out on the task. They felt unhappy and unfair while, their colleagues are able to leave the company on time.

Often, Tracy and Leanne has to submit their task late as they have a handful of task to be submitted the next day. The manager were unhappy due to their constant last submission of their task.
