Blood pressure 186/108, pulse 88, respirations 26 and he was febrile 39.5. He is a current hemodialysis client and goes 3 times a week. His AV fistula appears clean dry and intact appropriate with repetitive use. There is 2+ lower extremity edema and superficial excoriations of his skin from scratching. UA shows + for mucus, glucose, protein, and large number of bacteria.
