Question - Spartun's Inc is considering a new project which requires cash investment of 700,000 at year 0 and 1,000,000 at year-1. Project will generate cash inflows starting from year-2 of 250,000, 300,000 in year-3, 350,000 in year-4 and 400,000 each year till end of year-10. If the investors required a return of 15%, what would be the Net present value of this project?
