5. A 9.5 gram bullet hits a 5.4 kg block in collision as shown in the figure such that the block is free to rotate as a pendulum.

a) If the collision is inelastic, the bullet gets stuck in the block. If the final height of the block after the collision is 6.3 cm, what was the initial velocity of the bullet?

b) If the initial velocity of the bullet was 633 m/s, and the collision was instead inelastic, what would be the final height of the block?
