Imagine the number of unemployed is 6,554 and the number of employed is 28,446. Then, 3,524 people that were considered unemployed become discouraged and stop looking for a job. What would be the change in the unemployment rate as a resul of this? (input your answer in percentage points. For example if the unemployment rate changes from 7.3% to 5.3% then input your answer as -2% and if it changes from 4% to 5% the enter you answer as 1%.)
