Problem: Cognitive dissonance is when you have inconsistent thoughts and beliefs that relate to your behavioral and attitude changes, a lot of times including contradictions of information. A time I've experienced it was when I want to be fit and healthy but won't consistency got to the gym and eat healthy. I feel the best way to reduce cognitive dissonance is conflict reduction. It will help to try and change beliefs to reduce the feelings of conflict. What would be the best questions of this topic?
