Case Study: A psychologist wants to study the effects of video games on pre-teens' mood. She divides the pre-teens into two groups. She has one group play Mortal Combat on an Xbox for two hours. The other group goes to a gym and plays basketball for two hours. The researcher then gives each participant a questionnaire to fill out about their mood.
