Providing the information below, what would be Needs for Follow up (Psych consult)? Subjective Complaint: The patient indicated that she was diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder 10 years ago. Her chef complains that she feels "out of touch with reality" and "unable to control my emotions." She reports experiencing hallucinations, seeing, hearing, or feeling things that aren't there, false beliefs not based on reality, thought disorders and dysfunctional ways of thinking, and movement disorders, which include agitated body movements. She describes a reduced pleasure in everyday life and difficulty beginning and sustaining activities. She speaks less than normal and has poor executive functioning, including trouble understanding and using information to make decisions. She also has difficulty focusing or paying attention and problems with working memory. The patient has a history of anxiety, depression, and hypotension. She is currently cachectic and reports eating only 1 to 2 times daily. Objective findings: observe signs of psychosis, such as disorganized speech or behavior, inappropriate emotional responses, and evidence of hallucinations observed during the interview, The patient shows signs of malnutrition or dehydration due to eating only 1 to 2 times daily.
