Imagine , you are a local citizen and your city informs the public that they will be taking comments at a public forum to discuss moving away from at-large city council positions to single member districts. Rally your neighbors to take up your cause. First, pick a side and explain the pros and cons of your position. Would you propose they do all at-large, all single member or a combination of the two?

Feel free to think outside of the box. What would be most effective for your community?
