Case

Physical activities help people have good physical and mental health. Lately there has been an increase of inactivity. Motivating people to do physical activities helps people to begin to perform. There is an association between physical activity, motivation, and well-being. One hundred students of ages 15 to 20 were given a survey where their activities, motivation and phycological well-being were measured. Students between 17 and 19 were found with higher phycological well being. Motivation like intrinsic motivation helped influence students to do physical activities.
