Role: You are the building principal for suburban middle school grades 6-8 with a diverse student population of 900 students.
Problem: Your school has seen a consistent decline in academic performance in 7th grade math scores on the state assessment. (Note: This data does not consider the COVID constraints or environment. It is designed to reflect three typical academic years.)
