Question: What would a training policy checklist look like to assist marketing communications managers in making sound messaging and ethical marketing communications decisions? Considering a global and diverse perspective to deliver an effective training checklist.

Considering a product I would like to develop for personal use as the basis to develop this checklist. What follows are a few suggestions to get my mind into the ethics mindset and keep in unison with the product idea:

Identify a difference in marketing communications messaging requirements in a foreign country that may impact a locally-centered integrated communication plan.
Identify a race, color, or creed that could be impacted by the marketing communications promotional or message.
Identify the variance of the impact of your message domestically and in the foreign country.
Identify what each party would expect you to do about any ethical issues that may arise.
Identify reasonable options that might satisfy the user and the company.
Identify potential consequences of your actions.
Determine a recommended action plan.
