Question: What will you do to get your citizens to work hard every day? If you have over-estimated the amount or type of work your people are capable of doing, how will you build your society? Be practical and specific. Will you offer incentives for hard work or punishments for work unfinished? Explain your plan(s) in detail and think through the consequences. Assume that about half of the buildings that your citizens will need for this society have been constructed; all the rest (two housing developments, one combined elementary/middle school, half a dozen commercial offices and stores) are yet to be constructed.

For example, if you imprison citizens who refuse to work, that will require other citizens to collect and supervise them as guards (whom you will have to pay) and will require a secure location to serve as a jail. Do you have such a location? Will it help your overall situation to have citizens not working because they are imprisoned? If you incentivize citizens financially to work hard, where will that money come from? Will anyone who does not receive a financial reward continue to work hard?

Name your society and then write a minimum of 250 words to explain your detailed response to your problem.
