Have to Answer the following question
Imagine you work in a company whose main business is the sales and marketing of coffee. In the last few weeks, a number of customers have complained about one of your customer service representative's lack of product knowledge and inability to fulfill orders on time. With your partner, use the five steps of the instructional systems design approach to training and development to outline a program of training to help the customer service representative improve. In particular, consider the following:
a. How will you determine whether training is the answer to the problems reported by customers?
b. What will the learning objectives be for the training?
c. What training materials need to be developed for use in the training?
d. How will the training be delivered, that is, what training methods will be used?
e. How will you evaluate the training to discern if it was effective?
As a guideline, each section of your report, that is, your answers to each of these questions, should be about one page.
