In the final recommendations for this case Brenda Desmond, the clinician, states, "At this point, I recommend he engage in level 1.0 outpatient counseling with a dually-licensed mental health/substance abuse clinician for up to three years." The clinician reviewing his case, Frances Henry Williams, would like to be more specific. Considering what you have recently learned about EBPs, respond to the following questions and comments.
