Reconsider Study Problem 3-36 - the two students that assemble computers in one of their garages. Assume that they've identified the following fixed costs to run the business:

Telephone $40
Utilities 72
Advertising 65
Insurance 54
Labor [owners' portion] 2,000

The two students have analyzed the assembly process in detail with the following estimates. Each computer requires a case that will cost $55, components that will cost $500, and a power supply that will cost $135. In addition, they will hire other students to assemble the computers. They estimate that it will take a student 62 minutes to assemble a computer, and the students will be paid $16.00 per hour. What will be the total cost in March if eight computers are made?
