A 35 year old woman came into the clinic with abdominal pain and back pain by her kidneys. I asked her of how long she had this she respond " I only had this for about 3 weeks", and I ask her "does it hurt when you go to the bathroom, burning sensation, urgency, or abdominal pain, any notice blood in urine, emesis, nausea, cloudy urine or fever?" She says "no fever, chills, nausea or emesis, but while peeing it feels like there is strong sharp pain and little blood in urine" She thought her back pain is from lifting boxes in the garage and she didn't realize of how its painful when reaching something above her head and abdominal thinking she pulled a muscle. She says thats when she realize that something is wrong and she came in. No type of fever or chills just pain in abdominal and back pain and strong sharp pain when peeing and notice blood in urine. What will be the diagnosis?
