One month later, badly needing money, X decided to sell to Y the only cow that W will give to him agreeing to Y to deliver that cow sometime in June where probably the results were already release, but Y is constrain now to 50k as purchase price, and further agreed to 2 months later, on April, sold it to Z ... bc of the fear that X may pass the exam Based on that agreement, Z effected payment and there is delivery of the cow by W Question: What will be the status of the sales made by X to Y, and W to Z considering that the cow is in the hands of Z.
