5) What were the owners of the ball-park asking-target-reservation price (the lowest price which they will sell)?
6) What was the team owner's asking-target-reservation price (the highest price which they will pay)?
7) What sorts of tactics/techniques did each party use to keep negotiations on track to avoid an impasse/standoff? Describe at least four of them. Explain why each of the tactics are beneficial in the given situation - this should be based on at least video/textbook content, but you can also provide your opinion (you can't just only provide your opinion).
