Jack is concerned about how many clients that Jack's Mowing are losing. In particular, Jack feels that there may be client losses as a result
of jobs that are unable to be performed. Jack has asked Diane to see if she can provide some insight using data that she may have maintained.

Diane has indicated that while she does not have a record of clients that Jack's Mowing may have lost, she has indeed kept a list of jobs that
were unable to be performed over the past 2 years.

Diane has also made notes of each instance that a job could not be performed due to Jack being either overbooked, or unwell.

Jack has asked Diane several specific questions to help understand this aspect of the business including:

a) How much revenue was lost as a result of jobs not performed?

b) What were the reasons for jobs not performed?

c) How many jobs can Jack expect will not be performed next year?

d) How many hours of work should Jack offer to a casual employee to minimise revenue lost from jobs not performed?

REQUIRED: For each question asked by Jack:

i) Identify whether it is best resolved using descriptive, diagnostic, predictive or prescriptive analytics;

ii) Suggest data that would be useful for providing an answer; and

iii) Highlight difficulties with the analysis necessary to address the question
