Assignment: Did you vote in the November 8th election? Why or why not? If you voted in the election, what were motivating factors in your participation? For example, a sense of civic duty? The coronavirus pandemic? Peer-pressure? Desire to vote for a particular candidate? A specific policy issue? Any current events? If you did not vote in the election, explain why you did not. Were you not eligible (perhaps because of age)? Apathetic towards the candidates? Unaware there was an election? Unable because of work or other commitments? We don't need to know WHO you voted for, but rather are interested in WHY you did or did not vote. If you don't feel comfortable saying who you voted for, that is fine. Simply explain why (or why not) you voted.
