Problem
The unprecedented COVID-19 crisis has demonstrated the vital role that digital technology plays, as the resilience of technologies and people since the onset of this pandemic has been truly exceptional. The world has witnessed the acceleration of the digitization of many companies and services, including supportive systems in the health, business, education and other sectors.
Tawakkalna application was developed by the National Information Centre (NIC) and the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), and it comes within the framework of supporting government efforts to limit the spread of "Corona" virus, and its uses continue to expand to include services broader than just an application to manage the Corona crisis.
1) What is distinctive about Tawakkalna is that it was built during the pandemic period; that is, the team was subject to the same precautionary measures, including the prevention of gathering, distancing, Remote work transferring, and others. Therefore, they had to complete this app in a way that complies with the precautionary measures (Remotely/virtually), which made the team manager keen to choose these team members very carefully (and quickly).
