What went well this week in terms of client care? What did not go so well this week? What can I do to make improvements in this area? What was one thing you noticed immediately upon entering your patient's room? In terms of client care, I think being able to go into the room get vitals, and complete a partial bath was rewarding and something that I thought I would not be able to complete. Gaps gathering what I need from the computer and applying it to my paperwork of care plan and diagnosis is still a work in progress. Entering my patient room, I noticed that they no longer had an NG tube and needed a clean gown.
