Question: Based on what we know about the immune response(s) that promote autoimmunity, design a drug to treat the immunologic cascade that causes disease. You may design any class of molecule that inhibits any aspect of the immune response that is crucial for disease. Your answer should not be specific to any single autoimmune disease, but should be generalizable to any one of the numerous diseases we have discussed.
