2. I agree that Word of Mouth promotion of your business is one of the best tools you can use to find new customers. The key is making sure that your existing customers are talking about your business. If you are a local store or service, you want people talking about you locally. If you reach a broader audience, you need people to be talking online about your service or product.

Can a business help people promote the product or service to their friends? If so, how?

3. What are some pros/cons to controlling the supply of your product during the holiday rush and producing a quantity of product that may limit availability?

4. Anyone following the business news in the last few weeks has probably read about Netflix and the very public issues they are having with their strategies. It was just reported that they lost 800,000 subscribers in their last quarter. This comes at the same time as their announcement of international expansion.
