Case Study: The greatest activist in America go down in history for not just their actions towards a cause more so their historical writings, communicated through speech or passage. Weather standing for same or differ causes a commonality is in their rhetorical approaches used to relay their message, I personally am drawn toward logos and or pathos approach. Logos approach where writer uses logic reaching audiences sense of reason, incorporating pathos portraying their emotion in hopes to have audience side out of sympathy or anger. In Malcom Xs writing "The Ballot or the Bullet" use of both the approaches helped him to reach a mass of unheard and under privileged Americans, speaking to them through use of common ground of political segregations, while connecting to his intended audience through use of pathos and logos approach, relaying his personal connection to African American emotion and frustration all while using key examples to support his logic.
