" I think that all of us need to have a certain application of the four skills given because I believe that no skill is less important than the other in the process of forming personality as well as image that we want to achieve. for me, I rate the skill of understanding and valuing differences the the best because learning to appreciate differences is not only learning to respect others but also learning to appreciate one's own identity. The application of this skill can be most clearly seen when I set foot in America, a multicultural and ethnic country. Understanding and appreciating these differences in identity has helped improve my self-confidence and self-esteem. I am no longer afraid when I have to stand in front of many people because I understand that there are no standards for appearance or culture. Since then, I have succeeded in making friends and communicating more effectively without being shy about secret fears anymore."
