Case: Deal with consumer protection, negligence, and strict liability.  Please do some research and find an example whereby a corporation/business should have issued a recall or warned the consumer about a defect, but did not.  You cannot piggyback on someone else, ergo, if someone has already posted the topic or article you cannot.  Therefore, you need to read your classmates post.  A great example is the Ford Pinto exploding gas tanks. I would proffer that while these corporations attempted to save money by not issuing the recall or warning, in the long it cost them more than simply suffering the initial loss. 

1. What was the product that should have been recalled and problem
2. Was there an ethical failure In the Ford Pinto case, Ford knew, but decided it was less costly to pay the wrongful death lawsuits vs. recall the product.
