The purpose of this week's assignment is to provide you with a deeper understanding as to why and how these efforts have evolved over time. Summarize the evolution of peace operations throughout history. Some of the points you will need to consider are:

• What was the major difference between peace operations of the League of Nations as opposed to those of the UN?
