We should use nudges help people. Governments and businesses use these techniques to improve their marketing and their product/service design. In this assignment, you'll explore how a technology company can nudge us to better behaviors.

Find and use an app or website that will nudge you to better behaviors and decisions (or consider one you already use). I suggest Uphabit, Love Nudge, or DuoLingo. Respond to the following in a 1/2 page MS-Word document in your own words:
