FACILITATING CHANGE

The assessment will showcase your ability to examine a change in an organisation. You will use your critical analysis skills on your chosen company preferably your workplace and explore how the organisation responded to a particular change scenario.

Minimum four scholarly references required for this assignment.

Choose a change to discuss (COVID-19 has resulted in making changes in most organisations and you may like to choose a change driven by pubic health). Discuss the following in your presentation:
