Originally, each worker stayed in their own activity throughout the day. In order to balance the two activities, the airport is now implementing a new work schedule under which the worker in Step 2 first helps the worker in Step 1 for x minutes and then works for 10 minutes at Step 2. (When the worker at Step 2 helps the worker at Step 1, each of these two workers in Step 1 has a processing rate of 2 units/min. When the worker at Step 2 works in that step, the worker operates at a processing rate of 3 units/min) Then, the process repeats.
