Question: What was Coca-Cola's after-tax Core Operating Income (Core OI) for each of the following years: 2021, 2020, and 2019? For simplicity, treat "Other operating charges" and "Other income" as transitory (non-core). Treat "Equity income" as Core OI. Also, assume the only financial expense on the income statement is net interest expense (interest expense less interest income). Assume a tax rate of 21% in calculating the tax shield from net interest expense, and allocate "Income taxes" + tax shield from net interest expense to core & non-core operating income.
