Suppose the "Professor" on Gilligan's Island needs to measure temperature and happened to find enough iron and constantan wire to make a thermocouple. Using boiling water as a reference temperature (because he could boil water more easily than freezing it), what voltage would he measure using his homemade voltmeter and an appropriate thermocouple table (that he also found in the shipwreck) if the object he wished to measure was 200°C? What about if it was 50°C?
