Have you ever thought about what vitamins you are taking and why they are so important? I never paid attention to the back of a food label until I was required to take a nutrition course. You should always pay attention to what types of food you are eating because you can develop a serious health condition from lacking vitamins. Vitamins do not provide the body with fuel for energy.The B vitamins help the body use that fuel. The B vitamins is a water soluble vitamin and also the major role is it improves your metabolism.
