You are a registered migration agent and assist Joseph from Malta in obtaining a Working Holiday (subclass 417) visa. You are pleased that his Working Holiday (subclass 417) visa was granted today and have advised Joseph that his visa is valid for 12 months and has the conditions 8547, 8548 and 8503 on it. Joseph is very happy with the result because he has been waiting over 12 months for an invitation to apply for a Skilled Independent (subclass 189) visa to migrate to Australia, so he is happy he is able to come to Australia on the Working Holiday (subclass 417) visa in the interim understanding that it is only a temporary visa. He is also pleased with the result because he was refused a Visitor (subclass 600) visa one month ago when he was in Malta. In light of this, Joseph wishes to speak to you tomorrow over the phone as he has the following queries.
